炬鼎DTN系列機邊快速熔化爐采用塔式預熱熔解室，預熱鋁料的同時預熱助燃空氣，更加節能高效，尤為適合壓鑄機邊連續熔化、直接給湯的生產環境，熔鋁快速，供鋁路線短。
給湯機械手直接從爐子出湯口舀取鋁液。相比紺竭爐，本爐型工作時爐膛密閉性好，氣氛含氧量低，金屬燒損少。熔解、保持分室進行，鋁液溫度穩定。
設備各部位材料均采用國內外知名品牌，安全穩定，壽命長久，更長的無故障時間降低了壓鑄零件的平均成本，為用戶創造更大價值。

DTN series side melting furnace adopts tower pre-
heating melting chamber to 'preheat’ aluminum materialeffectively.The holding chamber flue gas is used to preheat thecombustion air to make combustion more efficient.The furnace issuitable for the continuous melting and direct feeding of liquidon the side of the die-casting machine,and has the advantagesof faster melting speed and shorter aluminum supply route.
The manipulator scoops the aluminum liquiddirectly from theliquid outlet of the furnace.Compared with crucible furnace, this seriesfurnace works with good chamber tightness,low oxygen content inatmosphere and less metal burning loss.Melting and holding indifferent cavities,the temperature of liquid aluminum is stable.All parts of the equipment are made of well-known brands at homeand abroad, which are safe and reliable, with long service life andlonger trouble
