本設備設置于從鋁合金中央熔解爐和保溫爐之間，設備在熔解爐中接取鋁液后，在中間工位由鋁水除氣機在本設備的轉運包中對鋁水進行精煉除氣；除氣結束后，本設備自動將鋁合金熔液轉移至保溫爐中。
本設備將鋁水的出湯-精煉-保溫之間的轉移過程變為自動化，簡化了操作，消除了人工叉車轉運包含的安全隱患。
The equipment is arranged between the central aluminum alloy meltingfurnace and the central heat holding furnace.After the equipment re-ceives aluminum liquid in the melting furnace, the aluminum water de-gassing machine refines and degassing the aluminum water in the transferpackage of the equipment at the intermediate station.After the degas-sing, the equipment will automatically transfer the aluminum alloy meltto the central heat preservation furnace, then the aluminum water can betaken from the central heat preservation furnace by the soup line fortransfer.This equipment automates the transfer process between thesoup - refining - heat preservation of aluminum water, simplifies the op-eration and eliminates the hidden danger contained in the transfer of arti-ficial forklift trucks.
